Electronic Arts has confirmed that players will soon be able to push deeper into the world of Formula One, with F1 25 receiving a paid expansion next year built around the full 2026 FIA Formula One World Championship. This update mirrors the sport’s major real-world overhaul — fresh cars, new sporting regulations, team shake-ups and a reshuffled driver roster — all dropping into the game as the sport moves into its next era.

For anyone who loves keeping their virtual garage in order, the 2026 expansion promises to overhaul the F1®25 experience in a way that actually reflects the chaos, optimism, and engineering wizardry lining up on the grid next year. This next chapter aims to stretch the franchise into a grander racing world, one that welcomes new players while giving long-timers plenty to chew on. F1®25 Continues To Deliver – With New Live Service Seasons Rolling Out
Meanwhile, the 2025 F1 season is still serving up drama on and off the track, and F1®25 players can tap into live service updates that track the real-world action. Season 4 is already underway, with new liveries, themed events, cooperative challenges, and a fresh “Survival Challenge” handing out exclusive, time-limited unlocks.
Developed by Codemasters, F1®25 keeps its garage full: story mode Braking Point returns, My Team gets a makeover, and anyone who picked up the F1 The Movie Chapter Scenarios content** can drive the 2025 APXGP team car in film-inspired gameplay that blurs the line between cinema and sim.
